Lifelong residents of Central Appalachia, Ernie and Tiffany Bullock Scott own and operate The General Store at Pine Mountain Crossing.  The couple, along with daughter Addyson are passionate about making a difference in their community and region.

With a career in Marketing & Public Relations spanning more than 18 years, Tiffany left her role in higher education to lead the family business in 2021. Ernie continues to serve as the Director of the Kentucky Office of Rural Health Despite his full-time commitments, he is instrumental in the behind the scenes efforts of the operation.  A Master’s Degree in Marketing & Communications coupled with a desire for economic growth and tourism, has given Tiffany the ability to build a brand while fostering community engagement. She has cultivated both community and regional partnerships. Through mutual efforts Ernie and Tiffany have assembled and empowered a cross-generational team of more than 20 local folks who desire to see change take place at the community level all while honoring the rich heritage and beauty of the region.

The Scott family resides in Partridge, Kentucky with their Beagle, Bailey.
